IA4SE Kick-off in Copenhagen! 🚀
🌍 The IA4SE project started on December 4th, marking its inaugural event in the vibrant city of Copenhagen. Partners from Denmark (@klimakampen.nu @peopleof2050), Austria (@roma_vhs_burgenland), Romania (Școala Gimanzială Ion Ghica Iași, and Türkiye (@cevizkentokullari) came together for an energetic kick-off meeting. 🚀

Denmark - Klimakampen
Klimakampen is a company hosting climate-campaigns for workplaces, primary schools, and high schools.The campaigns teach the participants about climate change and nudge them towards more climate friendly habits in their everyday life. We consist of 3 people, and are located in Denmark. @klimakampen.nu
Denmark - People of 2050
People of 2050 is an organisation providing information and trainings with the purpose of inspiring, empowering and raising the overall climate change awareness. We consist of students and graduates from the MSc in Climate Change by the University of Copenhagen and our office is in the Innovation Hub of the university. People of 2050 is an organisation with an international background, targeting the Danish and European civic society. Our aim is to involve both youth and adults into various international projects in order to expand their horizon, knowledge and understanding on topics like Climate Change, Sustainable and Healthy lifestyle and Sustainable Economic Development.

Turkey - Karabuk Toki Cevizkent Bahaddin Gazi Secondary School
Our school was opened in 2009. Our school is affiliated to the General Directorate of Basic Education, education in the citycenter of Karabük.In our school, there are 9 branches in total, two branches from each of the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades.The number of students in our school is 210. 20 teachers work in our school, and our total number of personnel is 25.Our school consists of 27 classrooms, 1 science laboratory, 1 information technology classroom, 1 gym and 1 library.

Romania - Școala Gimanzială "Ion Ghica" Iași
Our school is a public institution which provides both formal and nonformal education for primary school students (15 classes) and secondary school students (12 classes). The mission of our school is to provide equity and quality in education. We support the development of each student’s potential to help them become future well-balanced adults. In order to reach this objective, we use differentiated and interactive techniques to implement all the curricular and
extracurricular activities. To meet the need of intercultural and linguistic diverisity we have added an intensive English class in our curricular offer since 2021. Students have 4 classes of English a week and German classes twice a week. The other
secondary classes in our school study both English and French twice a week.
